We want you to be completely satisfied with your Seiko purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unworn condition. All returns must include the original packaging, warranty cards, and instruction manuals to be eligible for a full refund.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Timepiece

Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box along with all documentation, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.

Refund Processing

Once our service center inspects and approves the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
